Luís Maltez

Luís is Senior Manager of the Corporate Finance department at BDO, performing deputy leadership roles in the department.

He has more than 17 years of experience in the financial area, acquired while performing functions in auditing, management control and financial consultancy, in international companies. Extensive experience in regularly monitoring international and national, private and public clients, from the most varied sectors of activity, consolidated in advising on valuations and financial modeling, M&A, due diligence, financial restructuring and negotiation with banks, business plans and feasibility studies , project finance.

He has a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance, from INDEG/ISCTE Business School and a Degree in Finance, from ISCTE.
